The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, repairing up in several places and new home furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and also the location was awesome, but it's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as were being the doors, the trim, much on the household furniture, etc.

This house has an awesome location, it’s right on the beach. We really liked our stay. The property needs some improvements and upgrades.
From the outside, the residence looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks on the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price range. The interior photos have been accurate and everything worked fine.
